Eating healthy aint going to make you lose wait. you see, if you alreddy eat healthy and expect to lose more wait by doing the same thing, you're never going to get anywhere. thats like ,okay this is going to sound strange but its true, slapping the same area of your arm for an hour and at the last couple of minutes wondering why it doesnt hurt when you slap anymore. its because your body has alreddy gotten used to it and needs some change. so exercise, everyday.

Hello, please help me. I'm 17 years old, almost 5' 7'' and I weight 135 pounds. I've been dieting a lot. When I was 14, I found out I was 165 pounds and I went to a nutritionist, I started eating healthy and exercising, I lost almost 30 pounds. Since...
then I cant loose weight anymore.I eat healthy food, I don't drink pepsi or eat chocolates, if I want to eat any kind of sweets or junk food, I do it on the weekends or once a month. But still I cant manage to loose more weight, sometimes I stop eating any carbohydrates for 3 or 4 days to loose weight but it doesn't work, so ill eat a lot the next day. Can anyone please suggest any ideas on how can I loose more weight?? I'm really desperate ...
