leg and thigh exercises and if you use any weights use light ones to tone not build muscle...I have huge thighs too...if you do a lot of sports or activities that work your thigh muscles then you might have bigger thighs because of muscle...without seeing exactly what you're talking about I can't be for sure...for me I'm 20 years old 5'8 140lbs and I've been that way since my sophmore year in high school...I haven't changed weight since then but if I don't stay active my thighs become lumpy if I am actvie they have defined muscles but I think they will be big no matter what I do, but I at least keeped them toned so I'm not lumpy...I guess my best advice is keep your thighes toned and you'll be fine

How to lose weight?
Im 17 years old and im tall and well built. My obdomen is slim and of correct size but I have a very broad hip and got lots of flesh in my tighs. Suggest me a good exercise which I can do at home to reduce it.
