5-9 Serving of fruits and veggies a day.(a serving is about the size of your fist)
Try to stay away from red meat.
The trick to not overeating is to eat slowly and wait 20 minutes, that way the food has time to settle. Most people make the mistake of eating too fast and still feeling hungry.
Replace all white flour products with wheat product (in other words, eat things that are brown, rice, noodles, bread, etc.)
Be sure to eat breakfast, that will kick start your metabolism for the day. Eat snacks. A piece of fruit works nice and so does trail mix!
Drink lots of water (half your body weight in ounces)
Stay away from things with High sodium (it makes you retain water)
Eat things high in fiber, this will keep your bowel movements regular.
Do cardio excercises (use canned food or 2lb weights along with the workout)
I use and exercise ball and that works great for working on your balance and your legs, thights, butt, and abs.
From your pics I do not think your big at all in fact your less than average I think you look fine!!!
Drink lots of water...be sure to eat breakfast...You have to exercise,even if you don't feel like it!!! ...start by walking...start with just 5min. aday and increase it by 5min. 3or4 times a week..weigh yourself once a week..eat lots of fruits and veggies,that will give you the energy to workout..don't forget to do some stretching as well...and don't forget to reward yourself!!! Once a week, in the beginning reward yourself with something you enjoy very much!!! then do it twice a week, when you lose half of the weight you want to lose...when you reach your goal...the big reward will be to go and get a outfit and show off your new self!!!
Most Schools Have A Free Gym That Anyone Can Use...
Just Make Sure Yuu Eat Lots Of Fruits Instead Of Unhealthy Fatty Food!

How to lose weight?
I need to loose like 35 pounds, but I is really difficult for me, and I have tried many times, but failed. My parents cant afford to go to the gym. What are some good excersises and what are some healthy low fat things to eat...and what are somegood tricks to not overeating.
