How to loose love handles.

Me and my cuzins have love handles. Well I don't have that much but she doess. And were both wonderingg how you can get rid of themm/

do you know what a crunches are?? well those will help, but instead of going forward and back.. turn your body to the side as you rise up.. make sure your hands are behind your head.. and that you are actually using your stomach, not your neck.. Make sure you switch from side to side as your rise. That should help. Eventhough these are very tough to do. Practice everyday and you will get the hang of it!

Oh and if your not feeling it in your stomach and sides.. your not doing it right.

stand with your legs apart and your arms straight out to the sides.
Then just turn right, then left, and repear til your tired.

Then you can stand and bring your right elbow down as you lift your left knee to meet in the center. Repeat with the left elbow and right knee.

Does that makke sense?
