How to loose 1 inch of fat off my love handles?

how can I loose one inch of fat off my love handles? Can I loose one inch of fat off both sides of my love handles in about 2 weeks?

How can I do it?

I am having a similar problem lol. I went online to find out the best things to drink and eat and what to do for this situation...

Drink: Only water w/ ice.

Eat: Salads w/ no dressings, or you may have Italian dressing. NO FAST FOOD. White rice is acceptable to eat.

What to do: Side crouches, regular crouches, do at least 50 to 100 a night on each side of your body and jogging helps too.

this works---slim fast for breakfast, lunch, and for dinner a very small meal with another slim fast for a week. I lost 10 pounds in a week. another thing that would help with any diet is drink a lot, a lot of water.
