How can I broadcast an event live through the internet?My college is hosting a medical cme and I want it to be available live for users around the world like a live tv.Pls tell me what I have to do.

you can upload videos on youtube.com but you have to sign up I'm not real sure how to do it but there should be information on uploading videos on youtube.com.
