sometimes hobbies can be a form of stress relief. sometimes talking to the person can be the answer; if not, then talk to your best friend. I like to work out when I get angry.

I took up aerobic kickboxing to relieve stress, it only made my stress higher.
then I started meditating, and it made everything far better.

You need to be able to do something that changes your world to vent your anger and frustration.

A thought that comes to my mind is to stockpile a bunch of old books and/or magazines that you are through with and that aren't likely to be of interest to anyone. Now, when you get angry simply go and viciously tear up one of them into very small pieces.

Don't worry if the pieces get scattered all about. You will enjoy the satisfaction of your accomplishment as you are picking up the pieces.

        Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
        And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
        And also, too, to help you to know,
        That in knowing you, many others grow!
