How to know if he is the one

Me and my boyfriend of two years are having problems we have a 14 month old baby together he works all the time monday though sat 730am-600p, then he works at a bar fri and sat form 800pm-300am I use to trust him but I went out on sat with him and walked outside and boom he was kissing the older women in the mouth I said some bad things whip her butt he told me they have been friends for years duh I jsu wouldnt kiss my guy friends in the mouth and besides he was the only preson I had sex with then he dont act like he wonts to be around the baby I love him so much but I dont know if love is enough HELP!!!!!

try to attract him and maybe convince him that the bar is not a good idea..say you would love for him to be home with you, even though it would cut back on some of the money..he's cheating on you, but just tell him you're fine with it as long as he stops..say you're not mad, just a little upset about the bar..and you really love him, you had his baby, and he needs to stay with you and the baby instead of everyone else..if he does it again or makes excuses saying he basically 'doesn't care', he's a slimeball..
