How to know if a guy likes you?

okay... what are some signs that guys have when they like a girl? what if the guy is shy?

if you catch him stairing at you he should look away real quick

He won't always look away. If he is a more outgoing guy, he will keep staring at you even when you look at him. And by the way you'll know if he really likes you... you'll just know. =)
