How to kiss her when iam not drunk

iam a 17 male and I have 1 ?friend?..(she`s girl, 16) and when one of us (or both) is drunk, we kiss, lick and touch eachother everywhere and so on (but don`t have sex).....she sends me text messages like I WANT you HUNY every nite ...(like I were her boyfriend) I think we love eachother but when we are out with other frineds, we just talking and nothing more....I think that she loves me (and I like her, 2) pls teel me how to initiate something or how to kiss her when I am not drunk?? (I mean real wet, tongue kiss...) pls tell my sth useful...

All you need to do is talk to her, if you arnt afraid of doing that stuff with her when you are drunk then whats the difference? take her out and ask her what she wants and how she feels about you to clear things up.

ask her if she wants to have like a casual day but just the two of you..go to your local coffee shop..see how things go..if its gone really well at the end stand close to her telling you you really enjoyed the day and lean in for the kiss...but would you be sure she likes you back in the same way..do she want just a good friendship...maybe another is to sit her down and tell her how you feel..even if she turns you down you have nothing to lose ...your only young

Pick up the phone and call her. Talk for a while. Spend some time together, just the two of you. The rest will take care of itself.
