How to install a swimming pool liner?

1. Clean out and remove old liner and face plates
2. Make repairs to pool bottom
3. Pull new liner across shallow end, and insert and secure stair rods if necessary
4. Finish pulling across pool, and securing in the tracking
5. Use a vacuum to pull liner tight to walls, and remove wrinkles - readjust positioning of liner at this time
6. Fill with water
7. Install new face plates, and cut liner
