How to increase sperm quantity while mas*urbat*ng?

I mastrubate twice a week. But the sperms I get out is little or less thats about 6 to 7 drops and after that My penies pales down. It wont erect. Is this a normal action and is my quantity of sperms which I get is less while mastrubating.
One more question. Weekly how many times I can Manstrubate by which I can be healthy with out any harm?

umm dude 6 to 7 drops is a lot and master bateing dose no harm its allmost like sex but with your hand , dont listen to the rummers that you will go blind or some other thing like that
