be your self and be confident. flirting is good too as well as being able to make her laugh, girls really like a guy who can make her laugh.

It depends on what the girl is like, how old she is and other factors.
One thing that's usually good, is just being your self, and yet being interested into similar things to her. Also being good at what you do.
