I am an expert on beauty, but I never know about nails.
My nails keeps on getting short, I want them to get long.
How do I do that then??

There are a lot of products out there to help you. One of the best is 'Hard as Nails' by Sally Hansen. To keep your nails long, you have to be willing to care for them, (use the product regularly), but this involves just keeping a clear coat of polish on your nails. It takes a while, but it works.

you can just wait until your nails grow out long again or you can go to nail salon and get fake nails put on.
