How to I get eyeliner to stay and make it darker?

when I put eyeliner round my eyes it dosent stay long that you can barely see it
also how do I make it darker?

Try applying some face powder or some eye shadow to your eyelids first (this acts as a base for the eyeliner) as your lids tend to get really oily throughout the day and hence the eyeliner fading

buy better eyeliner...sometimes the more expensive one *and most likley* is the one that will work best..and last longer..including a creamier darker color..easy to handle..

black liquid eyeliner stays on for ages

you most likely need a better eyeliner
more expensive doesnt always equal better quality
my eyeliner costs 4 bucks and its the best thing ever in my opinion!
you need to find one thats not too hard and not too soft
and a really dark shade, probably the darkest, as thats what your looking for
so not coal or anything...black
also after applying eyeliner, you can put some black eyeshadow over it, to make it more darker and stay on longer during the day
if you do it the other way the eyeliner doesnt really stick when its on top of eyeshadow

Sounds like your eyeliner isn't of good quality. I find L'Oreal Kohl pencil really good and I know a lot of people agree with me. it doesn't stay on the waterline but it does stick to the bottom lashes for absolutely ages! And it doesn't smadge and give you the panda look - trust me I've cried with this stuff on and it's withstood it. Also I think I've had mine for 3 years, applied it everyday, and I'm only halfway! To make it darker apply it then around 10-30minutes (depending on how long it goes from the waterline) apply it again. Repeat as many times as you like but to behonest I don't find I need to with L'Oreal!

I think the eyeliner your using right now isnt the good kind...
buy the ones that are at least $5.00 and there are other types too!
Like twisty ones...the ones you dont need to sharpen
