How to i flatten my stomach?

Me again Asked by xxxmashxxx 10 months ago, 6 answers.

First off I'm 15, and weigh 86 pounds, 4'11.
[Most people ask that so I put it]

Okay, I hate my tummy, I want to flatten it like without doing sit ups.
It's not that I'm to lazy to do them it's just I dont think my back could get an better if I do...

it that way.

Any ideas??

ok lol im 15 and im really skinny like in the 85-95 range but I want to gain wait I have no eating disorder I just dont gain but anyway, I dont see why you would need to flatten your stomach there is no way it can be huge but you could do dance classes I guess that would or touch your toes maybe but why do you want a flatter stomach?

omg! you do not need to lose weight, if anything you are underweight! I am 13, 5'2 and weight146 pounds and my doc. said I am at a normal weight!

If you want to tone up your stomach and not hurt your back or to do sit ups.. the best thing to do is to use an exercise ball as well as a little cardio.
The exercise ball is less strenuous on your back, you can do sit ups or whatever on them, but trying to balance on the ball will work out your core either way. Cardio will help take away some of the fat, that is if there is any even there! Drink lots of water and stay away from sodas.

hey Im 15 and 4'11 and weigh 89 pounds but if you want to flaten your tummy go to the gym and work out like sorry but crunches and ball like the big bouncey balls and do crunches on those your tummy will get flat
