You plug the Co-ax Cable into the TV set, then into your VCR/DVD Player. This will give a blue screen.
Then when you are done with that, you take the RF Cable, and hook it into the Co-ax Cable. Then you plug the long black cord with the plug in in one end into the wall, and into the back of the Nintendo.
Then you plug in then SONY RF cord from the back of the Nintendo into the VCR/DVD player.
