How to help anger

I get mad easly I hate it I've been to anger management it helps for a little bit but then I get angry agian

have you ever counted 2 10!!
or if you get mad at someone go somewhere private like your room and think about 10 things you like bout them that should remind you that you acually like them!!

your... you are same as me!!! All I do is I just look back at what I said and see if was right to say that. It mostly works. Sometimes it makes me angry again... But its worth it. ya.

im tempermental too. but uesally (it sounds like bogus but) I breath and count to ten. either that or kill somebody. lol

music always helped me it gives you something to drift into a different train of thought
