How to grow you boobs

im 14 neally 15 and im in yr 8
and im flat as a board
all my friends are c cup
can anyone give me advice on how to make my boobs grow
or what foods make my boobs grow

you cant im 15 and 34d and let me tell you big boobs arent so great unless you want:
guys to only pay attention to you cause of your boobs
back pains and shoulder pains
and looking fat in almost every shirt
you dont want boobs
and its impossible to grow your boobs

you cant grow boobs they just have to come naturally especially when youre thaty young...I didnt get boobs till I was like 15 and im 19 now I still have small boobs...believe me...all my friends have huge a** boobs and they complain about them all the time to me...you dont want big boobs, so dont worry they will come when they come

I doubt ALL your friends are a C cup. I'm 14 in ninth grade and outta all the proportions of my friends I have the best since I'm a size 0 and a B cup. All my friends that are my weight have an A or lower. And the people who have the same cup as me weigh more than me. The only way you can get boobs is by gaining weight. If you're the only one of your friends smaller than a C, than I bet some of them are stuffing or using chick filets, which are a thing you put in your bra to make them look bigger.

And plus just because they have boobs doesn't mean they look as good as you, for example. There's this b1tch in my advisory who's a D cup, sure she's got big a$$ boobs for a 14-year old, but if she went down to a 0 like me, she wouldn't have nuttin', since it's all fat and she's a little porker.

So be proud to be skinny, cause people would die to look like you! Look at Paris Hilton, she doesn't have boobs, but everyone loves her!

If most of your friends are in 8th grade and have c cups, then theyre probably stuffing. My fiance has the perfect size in my opinion (36c) and she's a senior so yea.

If you're only concern is big boobs, then eat a lot. Big women almost always have big boobs.

no type of food and no kind of exerscise will make them grow
thats determined by your genes and body weight/type
however, at 15 you need to understand that your still gowing through puberty
and boobs dont just magically appear once you reach 13 or 15 or any other age
they grow gradually
and theyll stop growing by the time yourr around age 18-20
so you need to be patient
in the meantime if you have to
try wearing a padded or push-up bra
and your friends play no part in your puberty and body development
everybody developes at different ages and different rates
according to there own individual genes/weight/height/body type, ect
so your not going through it exactly as they are
your developing at your own rate
just be patient

Um, as far as I know no foods make them bigger. And your friends probally stuff if they are in 8 and have c's. But pushups build muscle underneath them making them a little jigger, but not much. I also heard corn makes them grow! I am not sure though!

most girls want boobs for male attion but if youre really good you wont need them I get more guys then the girls with big boobs all you need is to look pretty and talk to guys and have guy friends.Id hang out with dude over a chik anyday

-sleep on your side
-eat 1 slice of bread and 1 glass of milk ever night for 14 days
