Go to a plant nursery and buy a bing cherry tree. If they have multiple varieties, google them online and find out when the harvest dates are. If you can, get multiple trees with different harvest dates and plant them all in the same big planting hole. Since they're crammed all of them put together will produce about the same as one tree, reach the same size as just 1 (put together), and basically it'll be the same as 1 tree. But the cherries will be spread out across a longer harvest instead of overwhelming you all at once then giving you nothing til next year. Get some tree fertilizer, follow the directions and give the trees 2-3 years to start producing fruit and a couple more to reach full size. You can google more tips, but that's probably all you need to do.
