How to get stuff out

I think I have mucues in my thraot how do I get it out???

cough/hack a lot. then when it rises, spit it out. that's the usual way... lol

Tips:

-Drink a little bit of water
-When it's at the middle of your throat suck in a little air and cough but not to hard to where it hurts
-If it gets stuck to the roof of your mouth use your tongue or water to get it down and spit it out like your trying to spit yucky food out

or drink lots and lots of water.

go to the doctors if it hurts and that stuff dunt work.

Go to the drugstore... buy expactorants...
