How to get skinny fast?

I am currently 13 years old, 5'6 3/4, and weigh 145 lbs. I used to be in a modeling career for DisneyChannel I used to be anorexic weighing in at 115 lbs. and 5'5 . As soon as school started, I kept gaining weight like crazy. Now Macy's wants to hire me as a model for their after christmas sales.. So the million dollar question is, 'What do I do to get skinny fast?'

well I want to model how do you do it for disney channel??? and do you think im pretty enough...I will funmail u...

but for your question...I would say to defiitly not eat any junk food if you need something sweet buy pink lady apples they are natuarrly sweet and watch what you eat dont become anorexic again or any thing and go to a gym I love going to the ymca and its even funner w/ your friends!

at the age of 13 macy's want you to be their model...darn I'm jealous and I live in england.
Eat breakfast and dinner everyday and maybe a small snack for lunch. Exercise tons. Key to loosing weight you must burn more calories than you eat.

Why would Macy's want to hire you as a model if you are aren't as skinny as you were. I think you should post your modeling pictures instead of the emo one, because I smell bulls***.

-Drink lots of water to speed up your metabolism. Cold, as others said, will also help you burn some extra calories.

-I jump rope for 3 minutes every night and so far (along with the other rules) I've lost 20 pounds within the last 2 months.

-Take daily vitamins

-Some good foods: (They will help you lose weight over time, and stop cravings, keep you healthy!)

-Pineapple
-Green tea
-Nuts (Walnuts in the morning)
-An apple a day (Look 'em up)
-Vegetables (Broccoli, beans, hot peppers, etc!)

-If you want a thin body you will need to change your lifestyle, the eating disorders that people may encourage are going to make your life harder. These people are inexperienced and probably lacking greatly in the brains department. This means, eat healthy, and get into shape! You CAN do it.

-DO NOT stop eating carbohydrates (DO switch to rice from potatoes and pasta) People who cut out carbohydrates from their diet will feel tired, lack energy and are hungry in-between meals, and that is the last thing you need!

-Pay attention to labels and read the ingredients when grocery shopping (Ex. Peanut butter should be natural; no-sugar, no-oil needed)

-This was a really good idea from someone else, I'm going to take this advice: 'Brush your teeth around 4 times a day - you don't want to put food in a fresh, clean mouth. and. Chew (sugar free) gum to keep your tummy from growling.'

-Figure out how many calories you should be eating per day according to your height, how much you excersize, and current weight.
