How to get shiny hair?

Im 15, my hair should be shinny. It's not really dull but I think it could be looking better! Does putting lots of heat on your hair such as blow drying your hair make it dull if you blow dry it say 3 times a week? How can I make it shiny again? Thanks...

Yes, too much heat on your head can damage your hair. Also washing your hair a lot can damage hair too.
You can use serum to make it shiny and just cut down the days you blowdry your hair.
