How to get rid of lovehandles?

I have little love handles but I HATE them. how can I get rid of them?
which work outs or types of food//vitamins can help?

Hey girl,
the best exercises I have done for love handels and for my butt are some pilates.
You lie on the floor on your side and you lift your leg up and down in the air. Also you can stand up and put your hands on your waist and lean side to side. I cant explain it perfectly, but you can try looking up some pilates and maybe they can help you better. I can say though that I did this every day for two weeks and I shaved 3 inches off my waist line in the 2 weeks.

I think by doing a workout on one of those exercise balls gets reid of them
search it on the internet x x

lol yea I looked but they said its impossible and I know its not.
I tried one of them exercise balls before but I keep falling off :DD
