AH!!! I just woke up this morning with cold sore I hate it!! how do I get rid of it help!!

Go to the chemist thats what I did just to warn you it wont go sraight away it will take a while but dont lick it or pick it you wont be happy if your left with a scar!!

take the amino acid called lysine (pronounced lie-zeen) --1 tablet per day, and your body will fight off the cold sore more quickly...

My daughter gets cold sores and the fastest way I found to get rid of them is to put Tea Tree Oil on it. It dries it up fast. Normally her's last for only 2 days. It would work even better if when you feel the tingling (before they come out) you alternate ice and Tea Tree Oil. Normally the only place to get it is at a Vitamin Store.
