How to get rid of belly fat?

What are the best ways to tone and get a flatter tummy? As you can see in my pic. I need to tone and lose some of my belly.

I don't how false information is passed around. You cannot lose fat in one area, there is no way to spot fat loss. Your belly fat is the last to go because it protects your insides. You just have to lose weight period. In tern will make belly fat go with it.

Hi Lossing belly fat is hard.Change your diet and lits of cardio.The diet part is hard if you love to eat but if you make the change bye bye belly! good luck

to tone belly fat I lay on my back and pick my legs up in the air repeatedly, one at a time and simultaneously. it works pretty good for me anyways. it works out the lower stomach really well.

your body stores fat in various places and there no way to control which areas lose and which dont...the best thing for you is to probably get a gym membership and a personal trainer that can teach you excercises that will help you keep what you want and tone what you dont...and yea more than likely theyll tell you try a diet to help with adding fat..

They're right. You can't just lose weight in one spot. In fact, if you only work out your stomach, but have some blub on you, all those crunches and sit ups you do will help strengthen your abs but won't get rid of fat. Doing situps and crunches will help when you are also doing cardio and/or eating better.

I have been working out and do have a membership somewhere. I've been doing crunches, etc. I just wanted to see if I was covering everything by what I am doing to help tighten/tone more. THANKS!
