You need to do more exercise and sit ups.

You just need to tone up.

I learned this really effective exercize.
it's helped me a little bit.
well lay with your back on the floor with your legs flat.
then raise them up only a couple inches off the floor.
MAKE SURE YOU DON'T RAISE THEM TOO MUCH.
hold them there for thirty seconds for at least three times a day.
eventually you will see results.
it's hard at first,but it gets easy.
and remember to eat healthy along with other exercizes.
