first you should work evryday if its not working and at least not 30mins but 1to 2 hours . you should also eat small bites of food dont stuff your self . try eating less of evrything and dont eat at night . if you get hungry at night eat vegtables fruites . but not coke , candy , chips, stuff like that. If you go out to eat in a buffet try eating 1 plate with small things you like . and eat dessert thats it . try having 2 meal meals a day that arent evry big.

How can I get pecs?
I'm 14 years old and I need to lose the fat on my chest before my graduation in 2 months. What can I do to lose weight? I also eat healthy and exercise at the gym but still no results and I've been doing this for 4 months 3 times a week.
