How to get over this guy?

I'm so depressed right now because I can't get over this guy. This has been going on for about three years. We were friends at one point but he wanted more or he wouldn't bother with me. So we had sex three times during the last year. Now I think that...

the whole fling is over and he over me. I'm just really upset because I miss being able to talk to him and being able to know that hes okay. I do obviously like him and never told him but I'm positive he doesn't feel the same way. I know I'm stupid for doing all of that but I want help because its just been getting progressively worse. Every time I go out somewhere I swear I see him and it freaks me out. So any suggestions on getting over this obsession?

Sigh. You need to understand that he doesn't like you. He never did like you. He just wanted sex and that's it. Sorry. You got played, get over it. This is exactly why you should NEVER have sex with someone outside of an exclusive monogamous relationship. That is, if a relationship is what you're looking for... If you just want to have no strings attached sex with someone that's fine, but you need to make sure he feels the same way. BOTH PARTIES HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE WHEN IT COMES TO SEX. You don't sleep with some guy and expect him to want to date you AFTERWARDS. That's not how it works. You wanted to date him, he wanted no-strings sex. You two were not on the same page, so you gave in and slept with him because that's what HE wanted, and you were hoping that he'd like you after the fact.. Which is why it all imploded. You f*cked up. Realize that. You can't take it back so take it as a lesson and move on.
