How to get over child abuse?

Okay so when I visit my dad my brother will try to fingure me when I'm sleeping. He does everyday I am there, sometimes more than once. He has tried to get his friends to do it to. I feel so nasty all the time and I just want to hide from everyone. My...

dad has caught him doing it. I finally told my mom, I was scared of what would happen. It's been about a year since the last time he did, I haven't seen him either. I just can't get over it. I have nightmares all the time. I always cry, and I get really angry over everything. I just want to yell at people. I have told him if he ever does it again I'm going to the police, and he did but I am just to scared. My brother is a police, and I told him but he hasn't said anything back to us. My boyfriend also knows. So I have people I can talk to. Is there any way I can deal with this?

Hunny you need to go to the police now about it. You cant let him get away with doing that to you, its going to affect you forever and your just going to let him off with a warning? He needs to pay for his actions you cant let him get away with this. You need to go talk with a police officer and start some counseling. If you don't make some actions about this then you will regret it, trust me.

How would you feel if you didn't tell the police and he got away with it and went and did it to another girl, and another girl, and another girl? I'm sure you would feel pretty guilty for not turning him in after doing it to you. Don't let him get away with this, do it for yourself, you need some closure.

How old is your brother? What is your age. This Happened to my little girl who is just four ages old. Go talk to someone at a sexual abuse center. My little girl meets with a lady for 1 hour every week and she is doing better. Most of the time you can find free center. YOu do not have to put up with it.

there are steps to the process. Once you let go of the issue, you have to fill the hole it left with something positive to pour your emotions and energy into.
