How to get out of a headlock

ok I always have wrestling matches and the person always puts me in one and I cant always get out. whats a easy way to get out of a headlock

I'm not into wrestling, but I always mess around with my dad and brother. I usually punch them in the stomach. I don't punch punch..but you get the idea.

These two should help you on the next headlock. First provides descriptive maneuvers, dependent on your opponents postion. The second is a googtube video showing maneuvers, but look at both.

Put your middle finger knuckle into the back of their knee, and push hard until they drop onto their knees and/or if you can, place your hand under the elbow and push it upwards as you pull your head out. Or you can put your hand behind their knee and lift upwards as you stand up, usually they will let go in fear of falling. All else fails grab a handful of their jewels...and squeeze.
