How to get my skin to stop peeling?

My nose always peels and bleeds.
I hate it.
The only part of my face that breaks out or peels is my nose.
The rest of my face is fine?

And help?

I think its dry!!! all you need to do is get a cream designed for dry skin ( a moiesteriser will help but make syre its for dry skin )
