Try balancing your meals (have protein, fat, and carbohydrate) and the more colors of food you have the healthier. Try to lay off on the sweets (if you have a sugar tooth) and go for one (small) treat every other day. If you are doing all those things and it isn't helping (which it should) then you should get more active and exercize more. Exercize doesn't always have to be somthing thta you must do to stay in shape. try to make it fun by doing somthing you love (somthing fun) like swimming, rockclimbing, riding bikes, and even bowling. keeping yourself active and balancing your meals will also help you not crave sugar or unhealthy foods. first off I would suggest no more fatty foods I suppose you can drink diet soda but thats it.
start eating more veggies and fruits. dink loads of water,coffee and tea (no sweeteners for coffee or tea!) cafiene raises your metabolism and therefore cause more weight loss. um start working out more do something you enjoy that doesnt feel like working out as in dancing (which can be any kind of dancing you find fun,it could be ballet,random free style,exotic,and pretty much whatever you want). you can take up jogging,running,or walking. start working out more as in leg lifts,jumping jacks,push-ups,crunches,sit-ups, and well any other exercise you can do that burns calories
lower portion sizes.
