ok well start drinking more water that will help to . do not go on a diet because you will get sick and they dont work anyway. run on the tredmill or run in place for about 5 minutes or so and that will work also. brfore bed do 30 excersise things it can be one thing all at the same time or it can be a series of things. good luck!
alright, first off. EVERYBODY IS ON A DIET!!! GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!!! ok. now that I've cleared that up for the person above me.
Change your diet to healthier foods. No matter how tempting, avoid saturated fat. You'll feel awful after you eat it. Replace it with liquid (preferably water) or fruits/vegetables. If you want meat, chicken is the best choice. Stay away from fast food joints. Run, ride your bike, do 6 inches and bicycles on the floor, do squats, wall sits, leg presses. It'll take a month or two to show some serious results but if you work out the muscle groups a lot then it will be fine. 






How to get in shape...
I need to tone my stomach, butt and thighs for this summer because I'm moving and I will be in a bikini the whole time.
anyone got any tips?!
