How do i get fit and in shape?

haha mee! :) Asked by baby_girl_x over 2 years ago, 7 answers.

Ok so theres a lot about getting thin and I waanna be skinny on here. Thats not what I want I just want to be fit and in shape .. size doesnt really matter to me I'm more concerned on getting healthy. so if anyone knows good abdominal excercises answer...

this question.. and please dont put for an answer excercise daily and eat healthy. because I already do that

To lose weight - and this is judging from your picture - you'd need to exercise for at least 60 minutes everyday. What kind of exercises have you been doing? A lot of girls seem to think sit-ups would do the trick when really what they should do is cardio: walking/jogging/running. Spot reduction doesn't work; you need to get rid of your overall fat first.

There are rare cases - and I repeat, RARE - in which someone is simply genetically obese. I know one lady who is clinically obese by any kind of criteria... and she runs marathon. Even I don' t have the stamina for that. It's good that you're more concerned with being healthy, cause that's all that matters.

Walking and swimming will makes you fit. Have three meals in a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and don’t eat anything between it, if you want to eat then have some fruit

eat 3 meals a day and only!
no snacking unless it is salad,fruit,or vegtebles!!!
and u should try 2 exersice when u wake up like a morning jog round the block,or better yet if u have a dog u can give both of u guys exersice!!!
and sometimes in the afternoon but longer than round the block make it a mile or 2!!!

run. run. run. it gets u in shape quick but u cant just stop keep on going and always reming youself. u can do it! yes u can! lol u need confidence in your self.

Ok do a lot of running, walking Jogging and swimming is good for you as well.
Have three meals a day if you feel hungry in between the meals then think about eating something healthy like fruit strawberries or grapes or a banana, which is much better than eating chocolate or crisps. Do some Sit ups and press ups if you wont to tone your stomach up. But dont do too many else your stomach muscles Hurt
