How to get back my determination?

Hello. Finally, exams are over. So.. Its time to go back on diet ! Yay ! I've been waiting to go back on diet for very long already. Cause I cant go on diet during exams period.

So, today is the first day.. Ruined.. I wonder where is my determination...

and motivation..

How can I get back the determined and motivated me?

Maybe you should try setting yourself just one goal a day, and stick to it. Might help!

I weak when it comes to diets so I just eat healthy and work out like running till you drop running is the best way out of anything

Instead of diets, simply eat healthy and get proper exercise. If you really need to lose weight then check out the information and charts below. Make sure you really need to lose weight, don't fall back into that trap of anorexia and bulimia. Set reasonable goals like for a month, six months and a year.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
