depends on your matabolism but eating correctly is key along with many different set of ab excersices. you can do crunches till the cows come home but if you are not strict with your diet, it will never happen. also your body style may prevent you from being cut, you can get tightness, and tone, but not cut the way you want somtimes depending on your body style.
do like 50 sidups evry 2 hours. I swear it works...joh and drink a LOT of vitamen water it helps build muscles

lol ok dont listen to these kids... haha theres a lot more to it the sit ups and matabolism, first of all sit ups and crunchs only form them but will not have the bulky flat and toned look. you have to run a lot the form them then right way or you will just have what looks like 3 rolls instead of 6 abs
push ups and sit ups for 20mins,it will work!
