So the guy I like now has a girlfriend and I want to know is there a way that I can get him . Because I know that he liked me before and I don't know if he still does because he says I didnt some him enough affection but he liked me a lot and I like him...

just tell him how you feel, that you wish you would of told him before.
remember you can only make your relationship the best for you is if you do what you want! happy just tell him how you feel
