How do i get a girl to notice me?

I have a Crush on this girl i no .we talk and all but only on the internet not in reality.in fact in reality im to scared to talk to her.we are good enough friends and all .the only thing thats stopping me is that my friends went out with her before and...

she never kissed one of them and thats only my friends shes gone out with other guys and never kissed them if i start a relationship how will i get her to kiss me because one of my friends was going out with her for a few months and all he got was a kiss on the check(cant spell).
btw my friends dont mind me starting a relationship with her

I also dont no does she like me back or does she want to be friends.
the Question is will i make better friends with her or go straight ahead and ask her out?

if your more comfortable talking to her on the computer than start there ask her if she likes you and if shes interested in going out some time she might be waiting for you to make a move

you should definatly talk to her about a relationship. if she's comfortable with it, ask her out. if things start to get weird with you and your friends, explain, and end it. but u should totally shoot for something you think will work.
