look, I have a best friend who I used to like A LOT. you know, one of those crushes that you just "know" you "love" well, I used to convince him ALLL of the time to break up with his girlfriends, because I thought that if he broke up with them he'd instantly go out with me. soon, he kinda figured out of what I was doing and began to stop caring for my opinion on ANYTHING. we stopped talking for about a year, and then started talking again, greatest day of my life. we've both moved on. I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend, but convincing him to break up with ALL of his girlfriends was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I mean, we're BEST FRIENDS now, but those 3 years were h*ll. just trust me, don't do it...btw I agree with sue90. I know that you'll think this doesn't help, because it doesn't land her in your arms, but just show her of who YOU are. when she wants to talk to you about her boyfriend, let her. don't just be all b*tchy and walk away or get mad at her for no reason. she won't understand it, and it'll just cause an argument. just have deep conversations with her. like, what she wants to do with her life and stuff. in all hopes, their relationship will be over soon, and she'll be yours. good luck!!
