How to gain weight in my hips and booty and keep my small waist line?
You can't target weight gain/loss in a certain area. When you gain, you gain wherever your body tells the fat to go, which may or may not be where you want it.
Maybe you should google some bum/thigh exercises to build up muscle, that way it'll look sexy AND it wont jiggle around when you wear a bikini ;D

eat bread!!! and do squats every day and do full body work outs eat lots of bread and id suggjest no meats that will hit your gut seriously eat bread it will send those carbs straight there lol
