I dont know why you would want to but
I would say eat fast food on a daily basis
(You will notice, trust me)
Eat a lot of chips
Eat past 7 p.m and drink soda (Non Diet of course)
Think sugar, sweets candy!
Eliminate any Fat free Reduced fat foods
Do stuff like that
I would recommend weighing yourself
On a daily basis so you know when to stop
Otherwise you could end up Overweight

comsume as much as1000 more calories daily.
eat your meal atleast 5 times a day
