you shouldnt even be asking that. but if you want to know how then its when you want to be skinnier so people usually self vomit and diet a lot. but you shouldnt do that. its really unhealthy.

don't do that, it is very unhealthy and can mess up your immune system and sometimes your degestive system, where you will need help whenever swallowing. Your teeth will also eventually rot even if you brush your teeth because throwing up damages many things.

Thank you for your concerns, but it's my fault. I should have explained my self.

I was working on a research project at college and based it on the media and their effects on 16-25 year olds, look wise. I had to include in it about eating disorders and cosmetic surgery. In addition, I didn't know what bullimic/aneroxic individuals do to loose weight so I posted this question to find out what results I may be able to obtain.

I am no longer working on that subject anymore so it's cool
