It depends on what bike you have. Give me what bike it is and I can tell you. On my 1000cc you just have to go lots on the throttle or pull in the clutch and let it rev a bit higher and let go of the clutch. if it is a trial bike or dirt bike you could probably wheelie it by going in 1st or 2nd gear and go off throttle suddenly and full throttle it as soon as you let off the throttle and at the same time (you have to be standing on the footpegs) physically pull up on the handlebars hard. Very quick hand movement. Or if you have a small bike that isnt a dirt or trial bike e.g. a small sportbike its quite hard you have to go very slow (10kmph to 20kmph) and pull in clutch and rev it to almost max and let go of clutch and at the same time full throttle it. The small sportbike is probably the hardest because of lack of torque combined with all the weight being at the front.
If you think you are going to flip it then the rear brake will bring it back down. Remember practice makes perfect
