How to do a 360 flip

i can do a varial but i cant 360 it. it sucks because all my friends can but they cant really tell me in stupid persons talk what to do so how do you do it

Make sure you have a good balance and control when you are on your board. When you appoach the obstacle you want to try your flip on sweep the foot at the back towards the opposite direction that you are facing and while doing this let your front foot flick off the corner of the board usually the left side. Let the board rotate up to you and catch it and land.

when i try to do it it always goes all the way to the side or front so where i cant land it. it wont stay under me.
