How to delete cookies

How do I delete the cookies and the stuff in history from my computer? I dont even know how to find these things. Thanks in advance!

I'm not for sure ... I know there's at least 2 ways ... the only way I know is to do a factory restart (restarting the comp. to the point where you just took it out of the box) ... it's not the best way if you've got a lot to lose or to back up before you restart it that way) ... there is anouther sympler way but I don't know it

I am not trying to hide anything. I am making my husband a myspace and it says I cant. I wrote in asking them why and they said I need to delete this stuff first and then try.

I got it done... Thanks for everyones advice. I finally found the tools thing and got them deleted. So I am going to try Myspace again.
