Can anyone tell me the proper way to hip roll, pop, and other dances like that?

To learn how to dance is best learned in a class or with friends that way mistakes can be corrected. Also you could search on http://www.youtube.com or http://www.google.com for videos of how to dance different styles. And don't be afraid to add your own twist, different isn't always bad when it comes to dancing!
