I'd marinate them to make sure they have plenty of flavor. Usually a four hour marinade will work well for bbq chicken, however overnight is even better.

Then when you grill it, keep the lid on, turn it once, and don't overcook it. Ideally if you can't time it, use a cooking thermometer to make sure the chicken is done, and *don't* burn it, as you'll make it too dry it'll taste terrible.
