How to convince them to let me date?

I want to date but my parents are kinda not feelin it
my mom is pretty chill but my stepdad...he's not having it
I want to b able 2 bring a boyfriend home 2 hangout
without them being wierd ,u now

Just go to your parents (be very mature!) and tell them that you have a boyfriend, who you really like, that you want them to meet and assure them that your grades at school and your attitude will not change once you have a boyfriend! Tell them that you will do more chores around the house, if they will let you go to a movie with him or something like that. Don't try to go for too much too fast, like a car date or something, be reasonable with them and ask if they could drop you off and pick you up wherever you want to go. The more responsible you are with the freedom that they give you, the more they will let you do!

look if you want your parents you to date you can try to talk and tel them that dating is mostly important in life and how did you guys meet!? oh yea it works for me ...and tell them that you will be resposible school comes first, and nothing unappropriate it works for me I think it can work for u !! goodluck ...bi<3

Has it ever occurred to you that as long as you live in your parents' house you might as well follow their rules? Most kids don't need a boyfriend - nor can they handle one - until they're sixteen. You may be one of them.

well I think you should try listening to them, they probably have a reason for doing what they do. talk to them and see their point of view, and let them see yours

They don't want to see early babies. They want to see you make something of yourself. Like going to college and making a good living for your kids. and not living off the government. What a bad life for kids. They do learn a lot from situations like that though. Take responsiblity for you. You don't care about others and no one else does you. I see their reasons for you to wait.

first of all...he's your step-dad enough said... anyhow.. I dont know, it is all what you want to do. lie or just wait till itz cool or chill with them, why dont you just talk to them bout it, so you dont have to sneak around, get caught, and get in trouble lika noobe.:]
