How to convince my mom to get texting?

ok I have a phone and I really want free texting. I know that having a phone is better than having nothing but I really want free texting...how do I convince my mom that we shud get it! I mean she is really agaisnt texting!!! o an di have att family...

I saw a commercial for Sprint. Their new plan has unlimited everything for $99/month. You could throw in the angle that you would use a lot less talk minutes if you could text.

att has unlimited testing for $20 a month. The best way to get through to her is just start texting, rack up a huge bill the first month then when she gets mad about it just say well, I guess I should have had unlimited text!

lol. I would go with just explaining to her that you would use a lot less voice minutes if you had unlimited texting, and that being able to text is the eaiser way to speak.
